Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
    If an item is out of stock or requires additional processing time, we will notify you promptly.
  • All estimated delivery timeframes exclude order processing time and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or carrier issues.
  • Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM GMT (Dublin). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, reshipping costs may apply.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse. Depending on your location, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Moda Caps is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Order Acceptance & Cancellations

We strive to provide accurate product and pricing information; however, errors may occur. ModaCaps reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and issue a full refund if applicable.

Handling, Transit, and Order Cut-off Time for Ireland & United Kingdom (UK)

Handling time: 1 – 3 Days (Monday to Friday)

Transit time:  10 – 15 Days (Monday to Friday)

Cut Off Time- 5.00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (Dublin)

Our cut-off time for daily processing orders is 5.00 pm, so if you order after 5.00 pm, the order will be processed the following day.

What happens after I place an order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed, containing your order number and your order receipt.

Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don’t see it in your inbox.

If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please email us at support@modacaps.com with the subject line “Order Confirmation Not Received” and someone from our team will get in touch with you.

We will reach out to you separately for items of a custom nature to ensure the proper customizations are applied. These items will only be processed and shipped out after we receive the customizations.

How do I check the status of my order?

Simply track your order using the tracking number we provide you through email. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email support@modacaps.com and we will assist you from there.
